One thing I've noticed when Mike trains with these big guys, they're always really sound blokes. What a nice chap Samson seems. Hope he does well at Mr Olympia

I survived a Serge Nubret chest workout… with Serge, he was 69 at the time and did at least 15 sets of bench press with 100-125kg around 18 -15 reps and finished the 15th set with 28 reps at 110kg for a 69 year older was mind boggling. Followed by dips…and cable crunches afterwards. Mental pump. You are spot on with your training plan Samson. Bring out those striations and blow them off the Olympia stage in 3-4 weeks time
