Still get chills watching this one, 11 years later

As a Giants fan, this was easily the most stressful game I've ever experienced. Philly seemed to get a man in scoring position every single inning, but the bullpen just turned them away. I knew that they probably wouldn't win a road game 7, so this was their chance to win the pennant. Damn what a feeling

Man... that final pitch is the most perfect pitch thrown in the history of the franchise.

The end of one dynasty, the birth of another. 2010, 2012, 2014.

I was at this game. What an atmosphere. The electricity was out of this world.  Ill never forget the sound of the crowd when Ruiz hit into that double play in the 8th or when the home plate ump rung up howard in the 9th

As a Giants fan living in Philly it was so stressful and to have never seen a championship or experienced a run like they did in 2010 was so rewarding. It was torture as a Giants fan

As a Giants fan living in Philly, this series was so stressful. After watching the Giants lose to the Cardinals in 87, the A's in 89 and heartbreaking fashion to the Angels in 2002, thought I would never see the Giants win a championship in my lifetime. This was so much rewarding because the Giants beat the hometown Phillies and the Rangers in the WS. The beginning of the dynasty.

Im a Giants fan too and I still say the MVP of the NLCS should have been Brian Wilson for his 3 saves

I never get tired of watching home plate umpire Tom Hallion ringing up Howard to end the game. My stomach was in knots in that 8th and 9th inning.

Well said.  I personally wanted to see the Phillies win, but I have nothing but respect for San Fran and what they did that entire postseason run.
