  I’ll never understand why people buy expensive cars instead of houses. Cars lose their value immediately while houses almost always increase in value.

  I know a few Americans that got in trouble with the IRS, but the first contact with the IRS was civilized, as long as they where chill and collaborated, they set up a payment plan of about 6 months and there were no threats. I&apos;m guessing the process is a little different if they have to tell you twice and you don&apos;t collaborate.
