  update: i just got paid rent in my main culprit save, so i think it might have actually been my fault and not a glitch LOL (it took like 2.5 weeks to get it, so i thought it was bugged! 😭)

  Slumlord should've been an aspiration. And on the flip side,  being a nightmare tenant could also be an aspiration.

  Not being able to build apartments on penthouse + beach front lots is super disappointing ☹ hopefully there'll be a workaround with mods.

  That's disappointing. With all the emphasis on secrets and snooping, I was hoping for a really great world, like Cottage Living, with lots of new odd characters that are telling you about each other, maybe sending you on weird tasks, exposing the history of the town, etc.

  I don't know, the world and the build/buy items look great, but my main issue is the same issue I have with most Sims 4 packs; they just don't feel like enough. My experience with The Sims 4 usually goes like this; I buy a new pack, a try it out, I have fun for a little while, but then after a few days I realize how little content there actually is, I compare it to how much money I just spent, and I feel just a little bit more resentful towards The Sims and EA.
