  Honestly, it's really the perfect scam. They're both getting what they want. She's getting a husband and a place that doesn't cost her anything. All the food she can eat and he gets to lie to her about the exchange rate and just skim off the top. It's perfect.

  60% to 80% of Syrians are food insecure and struggle to find daily food. Over 9 million people don't know where their next meal is coming from, and 1.3 million would not be able to survive without direct aid. Most people there are not doing okay.

  My knowledge of Syria does not come from Google. My knowledge of Syria comes from Syrians. People who HAD to live there until they identified what they wanted to do in their life and were able to find a way to do it outside of Syria. I wish she wouldn’t presume to know who she is talking to.
