  It first says she purchased her place outright, then later mentions a mortgage she paid off in two years. <br><br>It also calls her place a condo. A condo, or townhouse, at least where I live, is a two-story attached unit. Then she calls it the penthouse, which is normally the top floor of an apartment building. <br><br>When they talk about trying to get in touch with the landlord about the proposed renovations, the designer says they would increase the unit&apos;s value and the landlord would be foolish not to negotiate with serious buyers. If they think it&apos;s a rental with a landlord, they would be renters, not buyers.<br><br>Then OP contradicts herself again in the same paragraph with &nbsp;&apos;I paid cash&apos; and &apos;I paid off the mortgage.&apos;<br><br>It also mentions a second floor &apos;penthouse&apos; when it should be apartment or unit, and at the end talks about them being in the second floor unit two floors below her. Penthouses are generally not only four floors high.<br><br>This story is all over the place. Read the AI story before posting to edit out all the contradictions and incorrect terminology. Decide whether she bought the penthouse outright, which is more likely given her acquisition of a large chunk of money all at once, or had a mortgage she paid off in two years. <br><br>Also, OP keeps whining about her parents assuming she&apos;s struggling and renting, while she has never just sat them down and told them about her job, the merger, etc. and what she&apos;s worth. And how do they not know she repaid them for her college education? She paid them $200,000. How would they not notice that much showing up in their account? Seriously, read this stuff before posting and clean it up so it makes sense.
