  You need at least 6 months to heal the wound by placenta, and twelve &nbsp;additional months to normal levels of resources of body to maintain pregnancy and healthy fetus. She&apos;s giv8ng birth with depleted body resources.

  My due date is October 15, 1st pregnancy, age 28 and honestly I already feel done. I’m exhausted, depressed, barely sleeping because of all the pain, hips, back, shoulders, constant headache on my left side, even my arm hurts. I can’t lie down properly, not on my back, not even on my right side. I’m stuck on my left side day and night. I can’t stand for more than 10 minutes, can’t even walk properly. On top of that, I’ve got hemorrhoids, constipation, nonstop bathroom trips every 20–30 minutes, and acid reflux. My doctor won’t give me medicine because it could cause issues, so I just suffer through it. I swear, I already look 10 years older than my real age. I seriously don’t understand how women put their bodies through this, it’s brutal. But honestly I’m so grateful to my husband. He does everything, cooking, cleaning, washing, even giving me body massages at night. If I wake up hungry, he’ll get up and make food for me at midnight &nbsp;😀

  Medical person here. If anyone has this thought that their grandparents and ancestors had 10+ kids and they turned out to be fine, your grandparents were away from radiation you are being exposed to. They had a really healthy lifestyle. Food was not adulterated. They consumed fertilizer free vegetables. They grew up eating hormone free chicken! They got fresh air instead of polluted air. Their work life balance was good. So no, your body vs your ancestor&apos;s body are completely different. Having another baby within a span of 3 years is not healthy at all. The body doesn&apos;t heal. Many vitamins and minerals which were exhausted during the first pregnancy are still not in much quantity. Stop abuse in the name of big family!
