  I was born in 1949, just turned 74. This song is a classic for all ages and for those that struggled to be different and accepted, no matter your age. I hope that it is always cherished. 😘

  61 now and still rocking n dancing away to this truly great tune as I did aged 20 when it came out . Love this remix so much just have to keep coming back to it every now n again.

  This song means ALOT too me , reminds me of what i went thru in my early years discovering who i was and became, very painful yrs for me, had too &quot;grow up fast&quot; learned martial arts too defend myself and others who bullied me, and i became a black belt and international level sportsman and people NEVER dared bother me again

  I had no idea what this song meant when I first heard it. It was just an incredible gripping tale of sorrow. If I can avoid messing up as a parent, my kids will know.
