This movie was such a banger when I was a kid honestly didn’t even notice the animation it was just a good story. but then everyone completely forgot about it

It is ashamed that many people consider this as a trash movie even though the plot was good it's just that the producer doesn't have the budget to make the animation looks fancy like any another big company such as Disney do

I had the privilege of being one of the animators for this film. While I recognize that we were newly trained and still honing our skills at the time, and that the project had a limited budget with a focus on stop-motion-like animation, I am grateful to those who appreciate our efforts.

I take pride in the dedication and passion my team and I poured into this movie. Thank you all for your support and for recognizing the value of our work.

This movie was not only very clever and well written, it was also fucking hilarious. Like actually bust out laughing funny rather than casually funny like most animated movies. Also the jarring animation adds to the charm and comedy imo.

i personally think that the "poor" animation kind of adds to the character and humour of the movie.

Y'know, as I kid I never thought the animation was crap, so overall I think this movie is a true childhood nostalgic movie

I do like the foreshadowing that the rabbit is the bad guy, when Hoodwinked falls off a tree at 7:20, he only goes for the basket with the recipe. I think he knows.

I think ppl don’t realize the bad animation makes an already unironically funny movie even more hilarious

It is the only low budged animated movie with awful CGI that is actually good...
This is why it is special.

Hoodwinked blew my fucking mind as a kid. It was the first time I saw a story go against my expectations and do something completely different. I had no idea what a plot twist was before watching it
