  McDonald’s-Style Fries<br><br>Before You Start:<br>• Ask your parents to book a flight to the furthest potato farm.<br>• Get the best potatoes ever.<br>• Get through TSA with a bag of potatoes.<br>• Come back home.<br>• Wash and peel the potatoes if you prefer skinless fries.<br><br>For the fries:<br>• 4 large potatoes and draw faces on them<br>• Cold water for soaking<br>• 1 tbsp white vinegar (optional, for a firmer texture)<br>• Salt, to taste<br><br>For frying:<br>• Vegetable or canola oil<br><br>Step-by-Step<br><br>Cut and Soak<br><br>• Cut the potatoes into thin, even sticks. (Add ketchup for more realism when cutting)<br>• Soak them in cold water (with the vinegar, if using) for 30–60 minutes to remove excess starch. (To drown them to death)<br>• Drain and pat completely dry.<br><br>First Fry<br>• Heat the oil to about 160°C (325°F).<br>• Fry the potatoes in batches for 3–4 minutes, just until softened and pale. (To insure they are in fact dead)<br>• Remove and let them rest for 10–15 minutes. (Inspect the dead bodies)<br><br>Second Fry<br>• Raise the oil temperature to 190°C (375°F).<br>• Fry the potatoes again for 1–2 minutes, until golden and crisp. (Just in case they are not dead)<br>• Drain on paper towels and season with salt immediately.<br><br>Pro Secret for That Fast-Food Texture:<br>• &nbsp;Freezing the fries between the first and second fry for about 30 minutes makes them even crispier and closer to the classic McDonald’s style.   i remember back in the day, FTN &nbsp;was just release and only had 1 map and around 25 ( i think ) exclusive noobie and the hardest noobie was damn codebreaker when the parkour still hasnt been nerf😭
