  I animated cameras at Pixar for around 20 years. My rule of thumb (working at 24 fps) was that the fastest believable rehearsed reaction time for the camera operator was 4 frames. Any faster and it felt fake. On WALL-E I went a few frames longer when the operator was &quot;surprised&quot; by the action. It&apos;s amazing what a narrow range there is to play with there.

  I saw a triangle glint about 15 years ago. I never thought it was aliens or anything, but it was always a bit unsettling having no idea what I saw. I screamed when I saw the clip you guys showed because I immediately knew that was what I saw years ago. Thanks for helping me put this decade long mystery to bed.

  Please do a challenge video where everybody has to try to create the most realistic UFO shot!!! I feel that idea has so much possibilities for both practical and VFX shots.

  I was school-aged (at mid-70&apos;s, some 12-13 years, perhaps), living in Tampere, Finland. One night I saw an extremely bright yellowish star from my bedroom window, rising slowly at East by North-easterly direction, straight up, approximately 30-40 deg altitude. It steadily slowed down, coming to a full stop - which caught my attention. It was too bright to be an aeroplane and it had no navigation lights. As I was staring it, suddendly multiple smaller stars separated from it, forming a perfect circle, very slowly moving away from the main object.<br>I was flabbergasted. Astronomy was already one of my interests, so I knew it cannot be an astronomical phenomenon. I refused to believe it&apos;s a UFO. All lights slowly got fainter and finally disappeared in a few minutes.<br><br>It took me about 50 years to come to think about it seriously - and finally connect the dots:<br>Viewed from Tampere, central/south Finland, at East by North-east - Exact direction of Plesetsk cosmodrome!<br><br>That must have been a launch of a Soviet rocket with multiple boosters detaching.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CeCFwMuh0a4&amp;t=1080">18:00</a> - just a single helicopter, with omnidirectional front light (“the orb”), and lights on it’s tail. Those multiple lights track each other way too perfectly for it to be different object. You just can’t see it’s a single object since the footage is so dark.

  My mom went to highschool with Jaime Maussan. One day we were watching Maussan&apos;s tv show with an air traffic controller testimony of an UFO sighting. My mom recognized the controller, he also went to school with Maussan. But in the show they never mentioned they knew each other. 🤔
