All systems in your body would be functioning well. Our bodies were designed to perform optimally under certain conditions and carrying around 100s of extra lbs is not optimal!

  The physical discomfort alone is enough to keep me in the healthy weight category. The amount of brainwashing it took to convince so many people to believe in fat acceptance is insane.

  These people are literally identifying with their obesity. That&apos;s why they take the discussion about weight as a personal attack. If somebody says &quot;obesity is a disease&quot;, they say &quot;they&apos;re calling fat people a disease&quot;. Could be just cope and they don&apos;t actually like being obese, but I guess a lot of fat activists identify with their weight...

  I see fat people everywhere. Seriously, I can’t understand how they feel they are excluded from clothing brands!! They all have clothes on!!!!!! And I love a Jean skirt but I am old—er!! 😂😂😂

  I’m a jeweler! Standard lengths for chain: 16, 18, 20 then sometimes 22. I’d say 18” is industry standard for a chain. But I’ve found a lot of people don’t fit that anymore and need 20 👀 technically the standard women’s ring size is 7, but in the past two years the only sizes I sell out of consistently are 8 and up. So that says a lot too honestly. I try to stock numerous sizes so I don’t lose sales but I have to say it’s been tough to constantly stock bigger sizes all the time when they do take more material and time. I’m going to be raising prices because of this.

  Overweight, depressed Brit here. Turned up to my town&apos;s annual 10k which i had signed up for during a fitness spell. Unfortunately 4 months of solid overeating and inactivity feeling sorry for myself meant i did a personal worse. Made such a dent in my ego, i rejoined my running group and got out for a solo run and dialled in my eating to eliminate all sweets, half my diet pop &nbsp;and eat at a slight deficit. 3 weeks in and my pharmacist asked if I&apos;d lost weight (in a good way). Lost a few pounds and already seeing improved parkrun 5k time. Getting up earlier, less constipated and mood bit better. You, Molina and Angelica are my Holy Trinity of inspiration 😂

  I mean, if someone wants to stay fat and ignore reality, not much can be done, but encouraging others to remain unhealthy or feel bad for being healthy, that’s just dangerous.
