I was started drawing in 2020. Without a clue, what to do. Followed many Youtubers, Courses, and learned a lot. But It was you that teach me the power of Constructive Drawing. After that my drawings skills skyrocketed. I'm not a big name. But Now I am doing my own artworks for my own project. And I'm confident ❤️

This is really becoming one of my favorite channels to just vibe with. Always great food for thought. I actually listened to this video while I was working on a piece that's been a bit of a struggle, and your talk really drew my attention to my own experience of that struggle. Thanks for sharing!

Is it weird that I feel like I'm not really improving? Just learning how to draw additional subject matter in my usual awkward style? 😅

I'm struggling so much with this right now. Not getting it right the first time makes me feel like a failure which is really not productive or aligned with my goals at all lol. Iteration always leads to the best results and yet I feel like I shouldn't have to or something. I want to have a better growth mindset because ultimately after time passes, the final end result is all I remember or care about anyways.

Hello,Tim! Thank you so much for these videos, they are helping me *a lot*!!!

Question below: ( Context ) You mentioned always liking Line and Color drawing, but forced yourself to do other things instead of focusing on that early on. I am going through something similar. I absolutely love line drawing, but the moment I start to think about colors, shading, or making it an extremely clean drawing I feel miserable, so much so that in the past I went months without drawing because I forced myself to learn things people were telling me to learn.

My question is: from your professional artist pov, is it too crazy for somebody to just do line drawing (I do know how to do hatching, and cross hatching, but I only use them when I feel it's necessary) if the person wants to become a professional in this field?

Thanks!! ❤ Have a wonderful weekend, Tim.

~Ah also. Yes, I've learned color theory, how to shade, color, and all the other things related to it. I just don't put them to use because... it is P A I N to me LOL~ thanks again o/
