  Lawrence is the only boss in the main game or DLC that I think is actually just bad. I&apos;ve died to Ludwig countless times, but I almost never get tired of fighting him. Lawrence on the other hand... the mere sight of him sends me into a frenzied rage.<br><br>The devs were literally like &quot;let&apos;s do the Cleric Beast again, but make all of his attacks do AOE damage. Then let&apos;s make his 2nd phase cover half the floor in lava and make it so you can&apos;t get behind him.&quot; Wonderful decision Miyazaki, you&apos;ve done it again!

  I beat every boss in 5 hours for celebrating BB’s 10th bday on NG+3 and Laurence was way more insufferable. Couldn’t beat him without a summon. He killed me in 3 hits or 1, there was no time to punish him and he was tanky. <br><br>I’ll never forget the feeling of beating Orphan of Kos for the first time but after beating Laurence in so many playthroughs, I genuinely think he’s “tougher” than Orphan. Great video!
