I knew bits of the story. Was good to hear the whole timeline. I wouldn't call it narcissism knowing what your capabilities are and thinking you could win the group. I call that confidence. It's how you're supposed to think. Also, you only spoke about your physical accolades. Maybe its not your place to pat yourself on the back for this, but you're smart and a really good coach too.

I went to high school with Mitch. Played sports against him growing up a few years before that even. Crazy to see him here but also not crazy. Could go on about Mitch but good to see him doing well. He was a bully to some but a good guy to others. I know him. He’s fake but real. Good too see him take shape and maybe it’s him coping but it’s something in the right direction.

So I guess this is a post-tensioned slab? <br>I will not pretend to understand this stuff I just know that when I watch home reno shows and people talk about wanting to drill into a slab there is a lot of hand-wringing about how the slab was poured and when the steel in it was tensioned relative to the pour.
