Adam Sandler is historically protective of his cast, which is always littered with his friends.  Love or hate his comedy that man is loyal.

Grownups series is basically a way for Adam to go shoot on location and have fun with his friends on a semi vacation with a side of work. And they all make good money too.

This group has been working on this script for a long time. Kevin James's role was originally suppose to be for Chris Farley.

I can kind of see why people dislike this movie, but it really does just feel like a real group of friends coming together.<br> I feel like im laughing with them, been a while since a movie made me feel that.

That&apos;s how it was growing up back then. Friends ripping on each other, but all in fun. No one really held a grudge and still had each other&apos;s backs.

Steve Buscemi and Sandler were in a movie with Brendan Fraser in the 90s (i think) about a rock band called Airheads

We love Adam here in North Jersey. He&apos;s always up here filming and taking time to hang with the ppl. Genuinely one of the nicest most down to earth celebs.
