Hi all, I am a Muslim struggling to commit to my prayers and to stop listening to music. One night I was listening to my usual playlist and was so stressed about everything such as exams, and OCD, until I decided to try a studying nasheed and oh my, I thank Allah for this! I am alhamdulillah at peace and this is such a lovely community, I have never been so proud. Cannot wait for Ramadan! X

 السلامُ علیکم
For all those suffering silently from depression and anxiety, may Allah give you what you have been waiting for, know that Allah is always there to help you, but you have to trust his timing !
He knows when the time is right. He tests us because he loves us. Please connect to him he is always there unless we show a lil effort to raise our hand or pray. If you go walking Allah comes running. The best counseling you can give yourself is Quran. Don't loose yourself rather love your self, pick up yourself and throw yourself to him.
Ask Allah's help, he definitely help you.
