Brother I cannot thank you enough how grateful I am I found your channel. I've been using crystal bowls for the past year may be two amd I really enjoy them but there's something about the metal bowls tibetian bowls that is thatvis so much deeper amd resonates my entire body from head to toe that just knocks me out to sleep. I primarily use these videos to meditate before going to bed. I set a timer of an hour or less and im completely out. No more melatonin lol! These sounds remind me of the church bells we used to have before the draconians or reptilians ordered to take them down from churches becasue if their healing properties. I hope you can get a bigger bowl I'd love to hear its sound. Be well mt friend and hope you can make many more of these. I'll share them with every one peace my brother 💪
