  Been working with the Gateway Tapes for a couple months now and this one took me into Focus 10 way better than any of Monroe&apos;s. &nbsp;You should do more using the focus levels!

  I got into meditation very recently and you are my absolute favorite channel, especially as a beginner. I listen every single night and use the techniques/methods you share even when I’m trying to meditate without your videos. Not a day goes by where I don’t imagine the metaphorical basket outside of my door carrying all my worries. You’re the GOAT Connie 🫡

  Tried this after midnight to fall asleep and see what happens. After a <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CNB_5QAWyTI&amp;t=330">5:30</a> hours into it, I felt I was flying / traveling through the sky a a fairly fast pace. The motion was as if I was like a bird and was moving through the sky at a brisk pace. I saw streaks of color for a period of time. I could feel motion and sideways turning as if I &nbsp;a plane , bird, etc . I woke up at least twice - once after a few hours then again at 5:30 AM (stopped video at 5 hr 33 minutes) with wind sounds playing. Glanced up and around to check myself. I of course was in bed, but had motion feeling after closing my eyes again. Very interesting experience this time. Different than experience from other videos from you and others i have used. I have gemstones also near my bed since I have had other experiences that were surreal and partially frightening. This is about 4th or 5th overall experience and at least 4th with your videos. First was with another company video. Float and flying through stars and seeing streaks of color and light, seeing gases for traveling extremely fast and far. Another was tracking my late father’s details ( went to crematory and saw it with flames in my experience. Another floating through sky with streaks of color and light. Floating up and out with another. One wanting to go to Pantheon snd Colosseum in Rome. Actually flew over pantheon and colosseum. Read inscription - pantheon, and counted levels and walked depths Of colosseum. &nbsp;Saw treasures below it. Another flying down and walking the beach at my hotel. Actually felt damp afterward. Very interesting experience. Most recent is the flight like a bird at extremely fast speeds with feeling motion -<br>Last night as I mentioned with this one.

  I have AP&apos;d 2 or 3 times very very lucidly now after listening to these for the last 2 or 3 weeks! It&apos;s absolutely incredible leaving my body and flying around and being lucid during that experience! It&apos;s so unique from lucid dreaming too.. I love it
