We had the same feelings
Born brought up and educated in Bangalore when it was a paradise on earth. Went abroad for work, but calling was to return
When we saw the new Bangalore, no way!
We moved to a small town, actually where we are from originally
I could not live in matchbox apartments!
We have a large garden, we convert all our organic waste to compost and fertilise our plants
We have fresh veggies etc

North Indians can never understand south, which is much livable and simple, rich with nature, not showy and fraud like North, which is most materialistic in India. I like interior South. Good people.
