  I didn't know abdullah the butchers gimmick was a work until i was a grown man LOL  and started watching youtube shoot interviews .

  Love Adullah the Buther one of my favorite extreme wrestlers of All-Time..He was ECW before it was extremely championship wrestling..I watch him as young child with my dad,uncles and friends back in the 70's,80's...I got to see him wrestlers years ago...ThankbGOD they put him in the Hall of Fame..He should have been put in the the fame...

  He had a fight with The Sheik in Puerto Rico that spilled into the public. They destroyed chairs, tables, food stands, fans got hurt. It was wild and brutal!

  When i was a kid, my buddies and I were huge wrestling fans. We bought those magazines and searched for guys like Abdullah the Butcher! We actually believed the gimmick!!! Good stuff

  Abdullah was a true tough legit Guy-  He was so impressive   and  can take a lot of punishment

  Abdullah the Butcher was the greatest thing since sliced bread. Such a good actor in the ring. I bet he was a very nice guy in real life.

  I live in Atlanta, &nbsp;i met Abdullah at CNN. &nbsp;always &nbsp;at lunchtime , all the chairs at tables were taken, except the table where Abdullah was sitting, i was a body builder pretty large 6ft, i work at Marta, i told my co workers im going over there and take and chair and smack Abdullah 😂 i walk over and ask if he was waiting on someone to &nbsp;sit at his table, 😂 this guy is so soft spoken and manerable , i was shock! &nbsp;He own a restaurant back then on fairburn rd, he lived in subdivision off cascade rd, his wife was Japanese, he was so down to earth and approachable, &nbsp;he would visit the club scene, &nbsp;I grew up watching him going to the Atlanta auditorium, i thought he was genuinely crazy 😂 boy was i wrong .

  As a child, I was terrified of Abdullah, the Butcher! As a child, I truly thought everything he did was real. There will never be another Abdullah, the butcher! Imo, he is the G.O.AT. of heels!
