I just rose from the dead myself after 11 years of literally sitting most of the time, depressed , giving up on life. This is not a coincidence ❤🙏🏻

I follow the 12 Week Year method of goal achievement. It's been the most effective for me -big time. I use Terri's Vision board methods as well. The two go hand in hand. Also, I finally have lost almost 30#s with intermittent fasting. I will get rid of 10# more this year. And... I'm 73! I've been a fan of Terri for years. Her dad has blessed my life for ages with his faith teachings. ❤
Jesus is Lord✝️

❤ Thank you for sharing the list God taught you. I'm having a very hard time. I had brain surgery but it's not that. The enemy has attacked me since I started listening to you. This is how I know I'm hearing God's voice through you.

What you achieve isn't nearly as important as who you become while working on your goals. - Terri
