  Hands down one of the most comprehensive breakdowns of not only the Grit Overland van, but any van I’ve seen. Most outdoor van reviews stay surface-level — quick walk-through, a few specs, and some cinematic shots — but I appreciate getting into to the build quality, component choices, layout decisions, and real-world usability. That level of detail makes it so much easier for those of us in the market to confidently make a decision when we’re finally ready to buy a van in this space.

  Hello, My wife and I are the type of people who want a somewhat permanent bed that we may only need to put up every few days while traveling, so access to the galley and fridge is important to us. When the bed was flush at <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CGrTe4BH_Ac&amp;t=4311">1:11:51</a>, it looked much cleaner. It would require a mattress redesign with a removable mattress extension for taller people that wouldn’t require moving the main part of the bed - just the extension that would extend slightly into the galley. Also, offering a bank of soft storage included in the price (rather than as an option) would make the base build look more finished, in my opinion. Otherwise, great build. I love how you talk through your thought process every step of the way❗

  I’m 6’5” tall. How long is the mattress and how tall is the standup height inside the van? &nbsp;I appreciate the very thorough long form video this time. &nbsp;Nice to see you covering so many of the details.

  I like your build quality, especially the bed platform. Question, hopefully not a dumb one, how does the winterize/sanitize switch setting know which one you are doing?

  This is just what I am looking for. Like other comments the AC would be great here in FL. I have seen Mini splits that could work with the pop top. I get there would be a lot of failure points with that set up, and i appreciate simple and ease of service. &nbsp;How about audio upgrades?

  Your use of space is very smart. Using a Ford Transit AWD is excellent. Can you tell me the L X W X &nbsp;H of the gear garage area under the bed. I have a recumbent trike I would like to store folded under there.
