I love how the recipe refers to the fish as "him." like "his sauce is garlek or vergesauce...and then serve him forth" lmao. so respectful. pike him in the head and serve him forth with his sauce! don't forget to thank him for his delicious flesh!

As a man who lived on the streets for 8 years I can honestly say that bombas does really donate socks to the homeless because I was given many a pair of socks with bees on the side and the word bombas on the top

I appreciate how you talk with a natural cadence in your videos. So many these days are edited to not have any pauses or silence. Or sped up. It makes them sometimes "too much"/intense to watch, especially more than 1-2 in a row.

IIRC, a large reason why they boiled meat in so many recipes is because the meat was preserved in salt, so boiling it helped draw out some of the salt that was used for preservation.
