  I'm 57 and been doing my makeup for a long time. You taught me so much in this video. I watched this 2 days ago and used what I learned here to do my makeup yesterday. I got many compliments yesterday 😊.  Just had to come back and say THANK YOU!! I'm looking forward to your hooded eye video!

  When I first started watching YouTube (Lisa Eldridge), I didn’t even know about the crease situation.  But then the algorithm gods showed me your video and you said, “The darker colors push those areas back in space, whereas the lighter colors bring those areas forward.” That was the #1 game changer for me, way back in 2019 or so.  Thanks for the literal years of the best tips for all situations. ❤

  Another thing I&apos;ve found is using a metallic in the same color as my eyes works so well! As a cool toned girlie with blue eyes, a really pale icy blue metallic looks way better on me than an orange/copper/bronze.
