  My therapist was actually the only person that told me i should exercise. Not even for physical health, but for mentals. It did help a lot.

  The crazy thing about Danie is the fact that she is almost 6&apos;1 &quot; tall.<br>Most people watching her don&apos;t realize how tall she is; Dani is always up close to the camera and there is nothing to reference her true height.<br>That 1st video where she is next to the doorway gives you a clue; look how close she is to the top of the doorway and she&apos;s probrably not even wearing any shoes and she is still tall.<br>That&apos;s why Danie looks vissaly better than all other Muk&apos;s on tiktok; she&apos;s is not one of those 5 foot tall muk.<br>Tall people can be at maintenance at 2200-2400 calories a day.<br>I&apos;m 6&apos;1; that&apos;s my maintenance level.<br>Danie only needs to eat the max calories level for a smaller person of around 1700c per day and she will lose weight.

  She has to really want it. I got so sick of being fat and getting diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes was a wake up call. If she really wants to be smaller, she’ll put in the work.

  FYI Danie is 6 feet tall so yes, she carries her weight well due to being tall, but she is still obese!

  My parents pulled me aside and had a &nbsp;loving but firm conversation with me. They told me that if had kept eating like how Dani is, I’d end up not only obese but I’d have diabetes and many other health problems. That happened last year and have been locked in since. Lost lots of weight and currently working on gaining muscle. My friends have even noticed my weightloss. NO EXCUSES DANI
