I have been in pain all day. I'm a true believer in the power of healing frequencies. It never ceases to amaze me how effective and quickly I find relief with videos such as this one. Thank you!

I've been having this play all night while I sleep It's affecting me so differently from other frequency videos. I wake up feeling so happy and clear headed. As for pain and inflammation, you can't help but feel and move better when you feel happy. And I fell asleep quickly and slept well.

I prayed about the inflammation in my hip flexor, then saw a video on the benefits of humming, then this video. So I've been humming/reading scripture with the pitches and feel a noticeable improvement of hip flexor stability and strength!!

Do not forget to breathe deeply and slowly while listening, it amplifies the healing power of those bowls

I spent an evening doing a sound meditation and reiki at a local spa and now I’m obsessed! Thanks for doing this to help people feel well

I"m very grateful for merely just being alive , although pain is definitely real. I had to endure the aggravation of being push in a stressful space physically. But at the same time hearing such wonderful sounds does help to know that God is still listening to help with tones of vibrations of beautiful music to help me to keep going no matter what.

Find a 🛁, fill with lukewarm water and salt.

Place speaker against side of tub (away from water).

Crank volume untill you feel vibration through the 🛁.

Get in.

Breathe loosh in, push sickness out.

Push should feel a little strain, almost like holding breath strain, but you are breathing.

Takes practice.

But it works.
