Hey guys. Aussie here, those matching, rough stones are Queensland boulder opal. Very high quality with all those colours. It’s Australian opal that occurs in seams instead of pockets in stone. Great find.

Hi I am an artisan jewelry artist and I also a picker/flipper in the Pittsburgh PA area.  Your videos are great.  Some info on the jewelry that you found, the dark blue faceted stone looks to be London Blue Topaz.  The large, beaded necklace appears to be tiger eye and the large cabochon pendant also tiger eye.  The garnet ring looks to be surrounded by opals.  The clasps you are looking at are a common clasp used for beaded necklaces, pearls or gemstones.  If the 'eggplant ' earrings could be amethyst.  When you do not know if it is plastic/acrylic or a gemstone, hold it to your cheek, if it is cold it would be stone or glass.  the two stones look to be black opel or mother of pearl.  More likely with the dark backing, mother of pearl.  The loose stones, the large square blue stone would be aquamarine, green might be malachite.  the earrings with the brown looking stone could be smokey topaz.

A lil info for you.. places like Tiffany, or Cartier have life time repair and cleaning on their jewelry. If you're unsure, add it to anything that says the store name, and they will know. Take it in for cleaning. It's free. They didn't stamp everything. Older pieces may not have a stamp.

I feel that you should do a video of getting all of the jewelry appraised. The sheer amount of money you made from this room is mind-blowing. Congrats to y'all!

I know I don’t “know” you, but I just wanted to grab Kayla’s hands and jump up and down screaming with excitement! I’m so happy for you and this amazing find! And you’re only part way through! Please don’t just sell this stuff online. Get someone that deals with high end art work and maybe a jeweler that can sort through this stuff and get you top dollar. My goodness, what a great video! One for the history books!

I would take the art and jewelry to an appraiser, even the pearls.

Kayla, I vote that you get to keep any of the jewelry you want. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to own such items. The other stuff will pay for the unit.
