“Make the country slightly less sh*t” isn’t quite the goal we were all hoping for.

I am absolutely sick of being told as a fact that Starmer is “decent”. This is a man who straight up lied to become leader.

The reason ID cards are unpopular is not because Starmer isn't out campaigning for them Andrew, it's because the general public can see that it is another unnecessary incrimental intrusion into their private lives. People are more technologically savvy than they were when Blair was in charge, they have seen how their data can be used against them by dictators, algorithms and fraudsters - they aren't going to be compelled by "ease of use" when they understand that it is a massive risk congregating all of that data instead of compartmentalizing it and that when it does exist it will inevitably be used beyond what it is initially proposed for.

I'm not a 'political editor' but even I could see that Starmer's Labour Party had only one policy, and that was sitting on the fence....Jeez, it was obvious they had nothing to offer.

Keir Starmer is a perfect civil servant. He should never have become a politician.

Surely “show me your Palantir ID if you want to buy a burger” is radical enough?

Better late than never, Andrew. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer, are you?

Anyone who ever believed the adults were back in charge was extremely naive. What we have is incompetents, fools, sentimentalists, traitors.

To think the Labour top team was anything but idealogues before the election is astounding.
