  Number one lesson is Frugality. Avoid lifestyle creep. When you have a job you start spending too much money on phones, tablets, laptops, clothes, household items. I had a perfect Oneplus 10 Pro phone but my friend told me, you know: “you deserve more, get yourself IPhone 15 Pro Max”. I did. It is okey to buy but you realise how much these things lose money when you try to sell them after 1 year. That laptop will have lost more than 50% of its original price.

  I think the first stat indicating how many millionaires there are in the U.S. includes net worth; which includes houses, cars, etc....which lowers the actual cash or liquid millionaire number.

  The 25 million millionaires in the US is a bit deceiving, because most of them have the bulk of their assets in real estate equity. &nbsp; &nbsp;They bought a house many years ago for $200K, and now it&apos;s worth $800K. &nbsp; This equity is not really usable, because everyone needs a place to live.
