  Regarding that final story, an actual good therapist would see through the facade that girl made for herself and call her out on it and make her realize she was wrong the whole because that&apos;s the first step to acknowledging you&apos;re the asshole, everything after that should be the person trying to make amends for what they did, but with her and everyone else that shit ain&apos;t happening

  As a mother of twins that had to bury one, I use a real life doll to help cope. I don&apos;t take it out when I&apos;m running errands or play with it and make baby noises for it but when I&apos;m sad about her dying I take the doll out and hold it and it helps TREMENDOUSLY!!
