  I love The Smiths and Morrissey's solo work equally. It really is a shame that so many Smiths fans won't even give Morrissey's solo work a chance even after all these years.

  I’ve watched this documentary so many times. Something about the rather basic presentation is very calming. I basically listen to it as a podcast. I like how it sort of mythologies Morrissey the way it doesn’t interview him but has people recall stories about him

  morrisey is one of those artists where his ego is absolutely massive, but when criticised for that fact, he subsequently proves why his ego is so massive

  2023 here and Morrissey just did concerts in Australia <br>which show he is still in fine form, strong voiced, and genial as ever.

  &quot;He&apos;s a tricky swine you never know with him.&quot; I get the feeling he was looking for the attention, but I don&apos;t know. At any rate, his music is some of the most authentic expression I&apos;ve ever heard, when he sings it is as though he is singing directly to me and he has created a world that has remained strong and fascinating throughout his solo career. There is simply no one like him and as an artist he has produced excellent work

  Moz solo is top notch. “Speedway” is by far my favorite song of his. Just as good as the best smiths songs.
