  She’s ridiculous. The amount of food you have to eat to not only maintain her weight but GAIN is insane. It’s like John has said, weight loss happens in the kitchen, exercise goes on top of that. She could stop eating so much damn food and the weight would shed off of her. Losing 20-30 pounds is not the accomplishment she wants to think at her size. Losing 30lbs when you’re over 400lbs is a lot different than losing 30lbs when you’re only 200lbs or even 250lbs.

  If she was getting nauseous that means it was still working, that&apos;s how it works- it makes you nauseous when you eat too much. She pushed through the nausea to stuff her face.

  Im 150lbs (153?) And today lost 3lbs from taking a shit. Amber could probably lose 10lbs from one shit alone. Until she gets down to 400lbs and visibly shows progress, theres no way in hell she&apos;s losing in my eyes
