  My Quest 3 resolution is 4128 x 2208 at 90Hz. A few of you have mentioned that is rather high for this game. Thanks - I will try a lower resolution in the headset next time I play.

  It's so interesting watching someone play this game. My first instict when I saw the trashcan was to use the lid as a shield and run like crazy then knock the turret over as soon as I got there, yet you took a much more cautious approach. Great stuff!

  I don’t know if anyone has said this yet, but at the end of every ‘level’ of the game you’ll lose your items and there will be a blue pool near the end, you can put all of your items in the pool and it will save so you can use the items in any sandbox games

Open your inventory UI and position your ammo pouch right where the slot is, <br>then place both hands at the ammo pouch and spam-grab ammo by holding grip and spamming trigger on each hand.<br>This should make the ammo you grab instantly get collected, making paying for items way faster. :)

  If you are in a fight and need to reload your gun you can actually hold y or b on your controller and then eject to eject the magazine or just take a magazine to the gun so its ejecting automatically!

  Some things, I&apos;ll try to keep them brief but it&apos;s a lot. You should be able to climb over almost anything as long as you can grab its ledge. Grab a ledge, and while holding it, crouch down DEEPLY and he should almost always pull his legs up over the edge. Then (still holding the ledge) sort of pull your body forward with your hands to move yourself to where you&apos;ll be standing on the ledge when you let go, then stand up. Takes some practice, but with practice it can be done very reliably and smoothly. This is very important because there will be sections in the game where if you don&apos;t grasp climbing over ledges, you&apos;ll get VERY frustrated or even feel soft locked.<br><br>With the jump button, holding it down crouches you, and it&apos;s letting go of the button that actually jumps. If you don&apos;t spend enough time holding it before letting go (ideally like half second to a second), the jump will be weak.<br><br>Remember everything has weight, so when you&apos;re holding anything heavy (even a hammer), the faster you&apos;re trying to swing (beyond its realistic swing speed), the more it&apos;s lagging behind in the game and severely weakening the attack. You actually get way better damage by miming the correct weight of the object you&apos;re holding and being more deliberate, strong, and accurate with it. For example, you should be able to kill those crabs with just one good hit with a hammer.<br><br>Don&apos;t forget you can grab and hold enemies in this game. Crab things too. I often deal with them by catching them when they fly at me and smashing them against a wall or something but of course you can come up with your own way.<br><br>Also yes, your resolution seems way too high for a game of this fidelity. Turn the resolution down until performance is great, and if you have any visible pixelation that you don&apos;t like afterwards, try MSAA at 2x or (at most) 4x. I recommend against 8x; I&apos;m a ~15 year game dev with lots of experience tweaking this kind of thing and staring at pixels for hours and the visible benefits of going from 4x to 8x do not outweigh the performance implications.<br><br>You mentioned you were able to play Alyx at this resolution, but Alyx kinda pulled a fast one on you because it&apos;s actually secretly changing the resolution all the time on the fly to achieve a certain performance (it&apos;s one of the only VR games that does this - there&apos;s a whole Digital Foundry video on it too). So it almost certainly was never truly running at your target resolution.

  Tip for the headcrabs. The easiest way to kill them is to stand back and catch them when they jump at you. From there you can smash them against the wall, headbutt them or smack them with your weapon. Also, I appreciate you looking at everything and experimenting with things. I know the game says to do that but alot of people don&apos;t.
