Hello, a few tips:<br>- Wooden hammer isn't supposed to be a weapon, but the copper shortsword is so weak... that it's kinda better. Just make a wooden broadsword.<br>- To mine wood, you use a pickaxe, you asked help to the guide at some point and he literaly told you that a axe is only used to cut downw trees and pickaxe to mine any block... and then you say that he is useless :(<br>- Mobs and you can pass through platforms, remember that. I wouldn't advise to use platforms as walls in your base because mobs will just ignore them.<br>- That said, platforms are great for exploration, because they don't block movement and you can have 2 platforms for one wood.<br>- I wouldn't advise to play with a controller<br>- The guide can help you a lot, the "Help" menu can give you a lot of tips depending of your progression, while the "Crafting" menu can tell you anything you can craft with a material, so use it whenever you get a new item. To know if an item is a material to craft, "material" will be written on it, even for weapons and accessories!<br>- Not sure which button it is on controler (actually i think it's pressing left stick), but on keyboard, if you press control, you can switch between manual and automatic targeting for mining and placing blocks, I advise you to enable it when you mine, place walls, platforms in a line or place torches.<br>- You need to build more houses, you will thank me later<br><br>Anyway, the start of a blind terraria journey is a bit paintful, don't worry, you are doing great, just don't forget to ask the guide, to read the description of items and explore your inventory buttons/menu :)
