I traveled to Egypt several times and when in Cairo, I stayed in one of the ‘backpackers’ hotels near Tahrir Square. Across the street was the most wonderful bakery open before sunrise, and down the street was a small restaurant that offered all the delicious meal choices shown in this video. It was counter service, sit or take, and everything was delicious and inexpensive. I’m vegetarian so this was perfect for me. Really enjoyed my travels there and the hospitality of the people of Cairo.
