  For the smearing! Grab blotter paper and put it under your hand while you're writing. It'll also help keep your hand oils off the paper ❤

  Tried one like this planner. They say you dont have to flip. But you do! I flipped to write a future date in upcoming months and flipping lots of pages on the phone or doc office etc. And looking back to see the last time i did something. I flip more in that planner than Hobo&apos;s cousin. <br>In cousin i have three avery tabs, one on each section, and i flip once. My brain relaxes then. Im glad this planner set up works for you all.

  Super helpful. Just got my planner a few days ago and I&apos;ve been playing with it. I actually like the way the pages are organized - it&apos;s a big reason why I bought it - but the daily pages having no space for to do&apos;s was driving me crazy. I like daily planners that break things down hourly, another reason why I chose this. But seeing your video helped me figure out how I&apos;ll use it - I&apos;ll use the weekly pages to do my daily hourly planning and the individual pages for to do&apos;s and notes.

  I purchased my first sterling ink hardcover academic 26/27 coming from hobo cousins last two years. I decided to try the academic only to give a fresh start. I am functional planning only in it once it comes in. Monthly planning is only known events/appts or birthdays, bills due on side bar, weekly sections are light time blocks for kids school stuff, practices etc..a little more details for any appts. Daily pages are a must for me but I struggle because light journaling ends up happening 😅, I mainly just rapid log-time awake, who is doing what and/or anything significant I want to recall. In peri stage of life mid 40’s and my memory is all over the place! I’m trying to nail down some better routines and find more time to take care of myself and family…I’m discouraged of how I have been organizing and looking for ideas ❤this is my first hardcover and a5, it goes everywhere with me, along with just a scribble quick note in stalogy b6 slim, I’m not a decorator really.. I’m excited and waiting for the academic planner to come in mail, just nervous already 😂

  Hey Natalie! If you are more comfortable writing straight lines down, just rotate your book! :) I have to do that because I don&apos;t have the patience for bleedy markers on my rulers. LOL I love this setup - the muted tones are really beautiful and I agree, preplanning your decor is the perfect little nudge to plan! ♥

  Oh how I know about wanting to abandon, or rip out a page with just a slightly crooked line or smudge or … !! &nbsp; Correction tape is my friend. &nbsp;Also use blotter paper, Jet Pens, both to blot and to lean on when your hand is on top of a page. &nbsp;Also, blot well before using correction tape. &nbsp;Some info on the vanishing point: I replaced two Vanishing Point XF rhodium plated gold nib units with converter, purchased at JetPens into a Majohn A1 body (with no clip BTW, Amazon) and a Jinhao 10. &nbsp;Fits perfectly and writes like a dream. &nbsp;Thank you Natalie for this video. &nbsp;I love Sterling Ink BTW, but did go back to a Hobonichi Cousin, A5 this year. &nbsp;I just love it!

  I have the A5 Complete and am loving it! I love not flipping back and forth. I have been doing plan with Me videos on my page and am enjoying the daily pages! I break my week down in the weekly pages and journal on my daily pages. I also have daily habits and to-dos on the daily page. It&apos;s been a blast!

  Thanks for sharing.<br>This is my first time in Sterling Ink the New setup, definitely peaked my interest. I love it! I finally have something that I know will complete for 2026. I use mine for personal planning and Journaling.
