  The song is based off an old 2010 creepypasta called lost “lost silver” the story is about a person who came across a glitched copy of “pokemon silver”. The original owner of the game had simply named their trainer “…” the trainer had all 251 Pokédex entries and had max stats in gold and levels the trainer had a team consisting of a Cyndaquil named “HURRY” and 5 unknown that spelled out the word “LEAVE” as the game progresses the trainer begins losing their limbs and their Cyndaquil dies rather then fainting and with unknown spelling words like “DYING” and “NO MORE”, at the end of the game they fight “Red” who is the trainer from pokemon Red/Blue with a level 255 Pikachu while they use a glitched Celebi. At the end of the game the trainer “…” becomes a ghost trapped forever among pokemon graves lost and forgotten.

  In the mod, the unowns are described as vultures, and from what I could gather in the mod, the Unown King is more likely there if there&apos;s a swarm of them or something <br>(Yes I know the original creepypasta, but you have to remember this song combines like three creepypastas in one, not including the fact that all the songs probably have an order to tell a full story and we only have 3 puzzle pieces)

  Monochrome is based on the lost silver creepypasta (with a few changes) where gold/ethan foolishly battles red at the peak of mt. Silver where they both die to frostbite. The unown act like vultures in monochrome as they circle gold, the claw that appears in the backstory belongs to the unown king, who is basically satan in the Pokemon world and I’m pretty sure that he’s the giant eye at the end of the song. How boyfriend dies is most likely from silver’s feraligatr at the end of insomnia from the original mod.

  If you want to know more on the lore for Monochrome, I highly recommend reading the creepypastas &quot;Lost Silver&quot; (as well as &quot;Strangled Red&quot; and its sequel &quot;Door&apos;s Open&quot; as they&apos;re technically connected to Lost Silver), &quot;Snow on Mount Silver&quot; and &quot;Curse of the Unown King&quot;. They&apos;ll give you all the background information needed to understand what&apos;s happening.
