  I have never understood why they don’t just tell the kids that the person is trying to hurt them and that they are trying to make you go with gifts and not everyone is always looking out for you kids are bloody smart my 4 year old nephew has found lots of loop holes and figured stuff out hiding a kid from the truth isn’t going to help she’s going to hate you because you’re not telling her grandma and some family are trying to hurt her

  alot of this could be solved by telling husband that she found out something about her family that she wanted to talk about in person and to not listen to them

I would’ve told my husband immediately business trip or not and my child would understand that the family is bad instead she’s letting it go on and on.
