  I love Bishop & Lady Jakes so much. I have learned a lot from watching them from afar since 2000. Lady Jakes was the first person I hugged after covid. I went to her pop up and went up to her just to say hi. She grabbed me and gave me a hug. I was shocked and told her she didn’t have to hug me since Covid was going around. She said “girl please”, grabbed me, and gave me another hug. I hadn’t hugged anyone in six months before that hug. I didn’t even know that I needed that hug. A very kind, thoughtful, down to earth, and graceful woman. 💕

  One of the best podcasts I’ve ever listened to. First Lady Jakes is a rare jewel💎. This generation of women need to be exposed to more voices like hers🔥.

  Sometimes I refrain from commenting because I feel like no one ever reads them! Or read and just don’t respond or like; but imma comment anyway! I have followed you guys for years. Your messages has helped shape my life. I remember a time when I had lost everything I had. I had to move in with my sister and slept on her floor. I had been saved a few years at the time. While I was on that floor feeling lost and devastated, asking God what happened and why ??😢 I just couldn’t figure out this stage in my life, I turned on the small TV and heard this man say directly to me, “You are in the wilderness” He articulated my situation. I have been a follower every since. I’m far from the wilderness these days because God has so graciously watered me. Thanks for not dying Bishop, we still need you and the entire Jakes family. Thank you First Lady for your transparency, you make it easy for the rest of us to be real.❤

  To me…Sarah is a reflection of her father when she speaks/preaches. A pure reflection of her mom when she interviews or is interviwed. I love it 😊
