  Adam James Bowen (40) was charged on Wednesday in case 25CJCF01745 with 11 felony counts: one count each of attempted murder and carjacking; four counts of assault with a deadly weapon; two counts of hit and run resulting in serious injury; and one count each of fleeing a pursuing police officer’s vehicle, resisting arrest and grand theft of an automobile. Arraignment is scheduled today in Department 30 of the Foltz Criminal Justice Center.<br><br>If convicted as charged, Bowen faces a possible maximum sentence of life in state prison.

  Not only did he steal this truck that was most likely a persons livelihood but hit multiple vehicles that could possibly have children in them. How little regard he had for anyone but himself!

  This ruthless monster was identified as 40-year-old Adam James Bowen. He was charged with 11 felony counts in connection to the stolen truck chase and crash in Long Beach, California. He carjacked a tow truck operator and then attempted to murder the guy by running him over with the stolen vehicle. His charges include attempted murder, carjacking, assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run causing serious injury, evading law enforcement, resisting arrest, and grand theft auto. He faces the possibility of a life sentence if convicted on all charges. Good riddance.
