  I remember blasting Would on my stereo and my friends asking "who is that?" Only black girl in my neighborhood  listening to Alice in Chains, but after that day i wasn't .

  My daughter was born the winter of 1997. This album dropped on CD at the same time.<br>She cried every night and nothing would work. Finally, I played this for her and she was as still as a stone, eyes wide open.<br>This album became her lullaby..<br>Today, she&apos;s 24 and wears nirvana and AIC tshirts almost daily

  I am currently fighting heroin addiction . Listening to Alice in Chains helps me every day. I&apos;m using methadone to help stay away from dope. I think listening to Alice in Chains helps me more

  RIP Layne. This unplugged is a Masterpiece. Hearing these songs like you never had before. The acoustic versions and the rawness make this performance have soo much emotion.

  This album, particularly unplugged, got me through military training in 1996. In AIT, Fort Sam, AIC put me to sleep every night for 3 months. I had a portable CD player and only 1 CD. That CD was AIC Unplugged. I am 46 now, and I still play this when I can&apos;t find the peace I need to drift off to sleep. Thank you, AIC, for changing the world of this poor schlep. I am forever grateful. Likely to request at my final resting place. Very likely. Love to all the AIC fans around the world. I feel you as they feel us.

  I discovered this band/Layne/ performance/album when I was knee deep into a wicked heroin and cocaine addiction many years ago. I&apos;ve now been clean almost 2 years. I was a mess. I&apos;m lucky to be alive. I urge anyone who&apos;s struggling with addiction to please reach out. There are just SO many kind hearted, wonderful people and so much help out there. Also, I&apos;m here if anyone ever wants to talk. I&apos;m all ears and willing to talk and more importantly I&apos;ll listen....
