I agree with everything but the eating of salads and not eating hamburgers. I went carnivore and ditched all the anti-nutrient-filled vegetables, and I lost 30 pounds and have loads of energy now. So, eat your hamburger (but not bun or all the other crap on it), ditch the salad, and feel fantastic. And yes, the gratitude key is massive. 🎉

FYI - i live on a very popular Street in my town with premium priced real estate and all of the direct mail, that comes day after day, goes straight in the trash. Very annoying and wasteful.
