Balling up the sliced steak (<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BFSLSLlzKY8&t=385">6:25</a>) then later ripping it apart is a clever way to portion and store it without having to use paper between stacks of meat! Very smart.

Most of the time when I see Philly Cheese Steaks being made the cheese is mixed in with the meat. I like it the way he did it keeping the cheese on top.

This restaurant gets a top notch rating for being so clean. Wow! I never saw a restaurant so Immaculate. Although these Philly’s cheesesteaks look very tasty… I am partial to the original Philly cheesesteaks in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA .
