  The medical staff problem is 100% a culture problem. The staff likely feel like they have to tell the players and higher ups what they want to hear or else get punished so they green light player returns way too early so the club won&apos;t start blaming them for long injury recoveries (Which are completely normal but Real Madrid loves denying reality). A culture of fear doesn&apos;t exactly promote the best performance.

  to be fair abt the mbappe vacation, its not wrong tho since the medical team wont let him play and joining training. he had nothing to do at the training center so better go for some quick vacation.<br>its just that at that time real madrid fans want to find a scapegoat and they are using mbappe for it thats all.
