  Benn is a great example of the type of person who doesn’t need a formal education they just need the rest of us to get out of their way. The best part of youtube and Patreon is that they allow people like Benn to do their own thing while still being able to feed themselves. We all benefit when people like Benn are let off their chains.

  Benn, it <i>is</i> that ACAB. Not that the individuals are bad people, but that the structure of policing, the institutions, the expectations and incentives <i>make them</i> act like bad people.

  It&apos;s precisely the open access (pun intended) that makes Flock and its kin attractive to law enforcement and those looking to surveil. It&apos;s a friction eliminator, not a novel tool. Insert back that friction by requiring a warrant for access, and the vast majority of the market for these devices evaporates.

  i am a 90’s baby lifetime musician. the depression i’ve had to combat by accepting the fact that music isn’t a viable immediate career for me is unfounded. i love this conversation
