I love Japanese culture. Buying a Pillow and making it an experience catered specifically for you is unmatched. I don’t care for comfortable sleep a pillow is a pillow to me but if given the opportunity to purchase a pillow in this fashion oh boy would I throw all my money in the air just for the experience.

Meanwhile, here in Australia, I walk into a store and ask the person behind the counter for help finding a decent pillow. They briefly look up from their phone and gesture towards where the pillows are, then return to what they were doing. Lol.

So many things to say about this video, the level of unrushed guidence, diligent attention, the amount of careful calculation to determine the right fit, the lady's sincere desire to help this customer find what he needs, etc., etc.
