A few seafood dishes I was seeing for the first time, even though my Vietnam has a lot of seas, and I am also someone with a lot of seafood dining experience. I've lived in Korea as well. It's got this interesting dynamic. It's like walking 150 years in the future because of the tech and the subs and stuff, but then like 150 years in the past as well because of things like the unscientific beliefs and just random stuff like how women can't smoke in public. My best friend would walk into a nearby alley when I would have a cigarette. It's super interesting.
