  Heading to Seville early March.  Traveling solo.  Aim is walk, take photos, eat tapas with wine or beer, rinse and repeat for 3 days.  Can’t wait!    Lovely video Emily.

  Corvina y Lubina son especies distintas. El pionono es típico de Granada, siendo los de la localidad de Santa Fe los más apreciados

  If you go to Valencia I recommend the paella with chicken and rabbit. I know that rabbit is a pet, but when you try it you will like it. And the other dish that is very good is the baked rice, which has meat and sausages. It is a dish that is little known by foreigners. If you have to bake it, it is better to buy a clay container, they are sold throughout Spain. If you cannot get one, you can use a glass container for the oven. Natural materials such as clay or glass are always better. There are tutorials on YouTube on how to make baked rice and tea. It will be difficult to choose paella or baked rice.   Buñuelos, or bunyols in the valencian language, are a Valencian specialty made either with or without pumpkin. They are very popular during Las Fallas 4-days festivities.
