<a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B8uV6yeks2M&t=506">8:26</a> Banana Launcher can't be placed on minecarts because the game will get confused on if the player is either trying to move the minecart, or use banana launcher. So if you could place Banana launchers on minecarts, both actions would occur.
